CNC Turning

Using CNC turning, we manufacture high-precision, rotationally symmetric plastic components for industrial applications. Whether it’s a single part, a prototype, or a series production – our manufacturing process is designed to ensure consistent quality, tight tolerances, and cost-effective operations.

Thanks to modern CNC lathes equipped with powered tools, a Y-axis, and a counter-spindle, complex components can be machined almost entirely in a single setup. This improves dimensional accuracy and reduces non-productive time.

Advanced CNC Machining

Our machine fleet includes high-performance CNC turning centers equipped with:

  • powered tools
  • Y-axis for eccentric machining operations
  • Counter spindle for back-side machining
  • swiveling head with a B-axis on CNC turning and milling centers
  • Bar feeders for cost-effective series production

By combining turning and milling within a single manufacturing process, it is possible to produce cross holes, fits, grooves, or threaded features without having to re-clamp the workpiece. This ensures high process stability and precise coaxiality.

Our manufacturing organization is specifically geared toward small- and medium-volume production runs with short turnaround times. Programs can be flexibly adapted, and recurring series production can be efficiently replicated. In addition, we have the capacity and infrastructure to manufacture large-volume production runs cost-effectively and with process reliability.

Materials Expertise

We work exclusively with thermoplastics. These materials require special attention, particularly during turning:

  • controlled chip formation
  • Preventing Melting Due to Heat Generation
  • Precise adjustment of cutting speed and feed rate
  • Minimized surface roughness for sensitive materials

Our expertise in material-specific parameterization ensures dimensionally stable, dimensionally accurate, and functionally reliable components—even when working with demanding high-performance plastics.

Typical components include, for example:

  • Shafts and Axles
  • Bolts, Bushings, and Bearing Components
  • Threaded Parts
  • Precision components near the seal
  • Rotationally symmetric housing components
  • Fastener Elements and Spacers
  • Spacer sleeves and spacers
  • Guide Rollers and Sliding Elements
  • Valve Seats and Valve Bodies
  • Hose Connections and Fittings
  • Insulation sleeves
  • Connector Housing
  • Coil Forms and Winding Forms
  • Casters and Wheels
  • Protective caps and covers

Quality Assurance and Documentation

As a company certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, we ensure the quality of our manufacturing processes through systematic quality controls and documented test reports.

Dimensional accuracy, concentricity, and repeatability are crucial, especially for turned parts with tight tolerances. We ensure consistently high quality through the use of appropriate measuring equipment and defined inspection processes.
