CNC Milling
CNC milling is used to produce high-precision plastic components for demanding industrial applications. Using state-of-the-art 3- to 5-axis machining centers, we manufacture complex geometries, free-form surfaces, and dimensionally accurate functional components from thermoplastics.
Whether it's a single part, a prototype, or a series production: Our manufacturing process is designed to ensure consistent quality, even with varying production volumes.
Advanced CNC Machining
Our machine park includes high-performance CNC machining centers with up to five axes. This allows us to produce complex contours, pockets, grooves, and drilling patterns, as well as geometrically challenging shapes, cost-effectively in a single setup or just a few setups.
The use of modern CAD/CAM software enables precise programming and efficient implementation of customer-specific requirements—from the drawing to the finished component.
Experienced CNC specialists set up machines efficiently and adapt programs flexibly to project-specific requirements.
Materials Expertise
We process exclusively thermoplastics and have extensive experience working with a wide variety of material groups—from standard materials to high-performance engineering plastics.
Machining plastics presents unique challenges:
- Controlled Temperature Management
- Preventing Stress and Warping
- Burr-free edge finishing
- cutting parameters appropriate for the material
By designing tools, cutting parameters, and clamping techniques to suit the material, we ensure reliable manufacturing with high dimensional accuracy.
Typical components include, for example:
- Housings and Covers
- Guide and Sliding Elements
- Insulation and Spacer Components
- Support plates and mounting elements
- complex functional components with integrated contours
- Protective Covers
- Front Panels and Control Panels
- Adapter Plates
- Cable Clamps and Guide Elements
- Device components with complex pockets
Quality Assurance and Documentation
As a company certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, we place the utmost importance on traceable quality assurance.
Regular inspections during the manufacturing process, final inspections, measurement reports, and documented test records ensure that defined requirements are reliably met—especially for safety-related or functionally critical components.
