Quality
For us, quality is not just a final inspection step, but an integral part of all our processes. From the initial inquiry through the order to delivery, all procedures follow clearly defined standards. Our goal is to consistently ensure reproducible results, stable processes, and reliable delivery capabilities.
This is made possible by our many years of experience in CNC machining of thermoplastics, modern manufacturing technologies, and structured processes.

Certified Quality Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
Seifert Kunststoff GmbH has a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
The scope of certification covers the CNC machining of plastic parts. Certification is confirmed through an external audit and maintained through regular surveillance audits.
ISO 9001 certification stands for:
- clearly defined and documented processes
- clear lines of responsibility
- Systematic Risk and Error Prevention
- continuous improvement of processes
- regular external review

Quality Assurance in Manufacturing
Precision and dimensional accuracy are crucial for technical plastic components. That is why quality is not only checked at the end, but is ensured throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Our quality assurance includes, among other things:
- Structured Order and Production Planning
- Standardized in-process inspections
- Dimensional and Tolerance Checks
- Documented measurement reports upon customer request
- Thorough final inspection before shipment
This ensures transparency and planning reliability, especially for safety-related or functionally critical components.
Tests and Documentation
Upon customer request, tests and documentation are prepared in accordance with the relevant specifications.
These include, among others:
- First-Article Inspection Reports in accordance with VDA
- Factory Certificates 2.1
- Factory Certificate 2.2
- Acceptance Test Certificate 3.1
- Customized test reports in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications
All test results are documented in a traceable manner and can be provided upon request.
Measurement Technology
Various measuring instruments and testing methods are used to ensure the required dimensional accuracy and quality.
These include, among other things:
- optical measurement systems
- 3D measuring machine
- Surface measuring device
- Height Gauges and Dial Gauges
- Screw gauges, internal micrometers, and end measures
- Thread Gage Pins and Thread Gage Rings
- Test probes in various diameters
References to Materials
Appropriate documentation and declarations of conformity can be provided for the semi-finished products used.
These include, for example:
- Technical Data Sheets
- Food safety compliance (including in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 or FDA regulations)
- Drinking Water (including KTW-BWGL)
- Electrical Properties (including UL 94 flammability rating, UL Yellow Card)
The availability of the relevant compliance documentation and certificates depends on the material and is based on the specifications and certifications provided by the respective semi-finished product manufacturer.
Competence and Responsibility
An effective quality management system depends on the people who implement it. Experienced CNC specialists, state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems, and clearly defined responsibilities ensure stable processes and quick response times.
Flat hierarchies and structured workflows make it possible to quickly evaluate requirements from a technical perspective and implement them efficiently. At the same time, processes are regularly reviewed and refined to ensure consistently high standards.
Reliability as the Foundation of Collaboration
Many of our customers manufacture machines, equipment, or technical systems in which plastic components play a key functional role. Consequently, the requirements for precision, repeatability, and delivery reliability are very high.
Our quality management system provides the structural foundation for reproducible results, from prototypes through small-batch production to series production.
