Materials
Materials play a decisive role in determining the function, safety, and service life of technical plastic components. These include mechanical stress, chemical influences, temperature ranges, friction behavior, and dimensional stability during continuous operation. Each application places its own demands on the material used. The reliable selection and precise machining of thermoplastics require a thorough understanding of materials. This is precisely where one of our core competencies lies.
We specialize exclusively in the processing of thermoplastics and manufacture products from them for industrial and technical applications. Our range of materials includes standard plastics such as PE, PP, and PVC; engineering plastics such as PA, POM, and PET; and high-performance plastics such as PEEK, PTFE, and PPS, which meet different requirements depending on the application.
The various materials differ in particular in their:
- mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness, and wear resistance
- Chemical resistance to media and cleaning processes
- Temperature Stability and Dimensional Stability During Use
- Electrical Properties in Insulating or Conductive Applications
- specific industry requirements, such as those in mechanical engineering, medical technology, or water treatment
In addition, we process a wide variety of modified materials to optimally meet specific requirements. These include glass-fiber-reinforced and carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics for increased stiffness and strength, oil- or MoS₂-modified materials to improve sliding properties and wear resistance, as well as ESD-compliant plastics for safe use in electrostatically sensitive areas.

The materials pyramid illustrates the range of plastics we process, from cost-effective standard materials to high-performance specialty polymers designed for extreme conditions.
As technical capabilities improve, the following, among other things, also grow:
- Temperature Resistance
- chemical resistance
- mechanical strength
- Long-term stability
At the same time, machining requirements, tolerance specifications, and economic conditions are changing. Our experience in CNC machining of a wide variety of polymer groups enables reliable processing across all production levels—from prototypes to series production.
